Streamline Your Purchasing Process with Efficient Integration and Synchronization

Simplify the way you handle purchase orders with our ERP system. Our seamless integration allows customers to create and send purchase orders directly to suppliers, making the process smoother and more efficient.

When it comes to 3PL locations, our system ensures that the ship-to location is accurately provided in the purchase orders. Suppliers will then ship the material to the designated 3PL location, where it will be received and stored.

To ensure smooth operations, our 3PL system is updated in real time with Advance Ship Notices (ASN). This essential communication includes key information such as Customer Purchase order numbers and Item numbers, ensuring that the 3PL system is ready to receive the material upon arrival.

Once the material is received, our system enables seamless synchronization with your ERP. This means that receipt details are promptly updated in your purchase orders, allowing for timely payments to suppliers as the material is received.

Say goodbye to manual data entry and ensure accuracy and efficiency in your purchasing process. Trust our integration and synchronization solutions to streamline your operations.

Internal Transfers Shipments And Receipts

Moving material between different locations or third-party logistics providers (3PLs) is a common occurrence. For example, if one 3PL manages a certain region and another manages a different region, it may be necessary to transfer material from one region to another.

In the world of enterprise resource planning (ERP), this process is known as Transfer Orders. In this case, one 3PL is responsible for shipping the material while the other 3PL receives it. Synchronization between both 3PLs is crucial.

To facilitate this process, transfer orders created in ERP must be sent to the shipping 3PL. Once the shipping 3PL has shipped the material, an Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) must be sent to the receiving 3PL. Once the receiving 3PL has received the material, data must be sent back to the ERP to update the transfer order as received and complete the process.

Customer Shipments

Discover the exciting world of outbound shipments to Customer's customers. Our customer's ERP system receives orders from end customers, whether manually entered or received through EDI connections. Prepare for seamless integration with our outbound shipment process.

After sales orders are confirmed in your ERP system, they will be sent to the 3PL as ship notices. These notices will contain important information such as item details, quantities, shipping dates, and addresses.

Once the 3PL physically ships these outbound shipments, data will be sent back to the ERP system. This allows the sales orders to be marked as shipped and invoices to be generated effortlessly. Experience the efficiency and reliability of our streamlined process.
